Clear billing
Subscription & Cancellation Terms
Effective August 26, 2026
1. Free trial
Eligible new accounts may receive a 14-day free trial. Unless checkout states otherwise, your paid subscription begins when the trial ends and the payment method on file is charged. Cancel before the displayed trial-end date to avoid the first subscription charge. A trial may be limited to one per customer or business.
2. Recurring charges
Monthly plans renew each month and annual plans renew each year until canceled. You authorize Kordela and its payment processor to charge the displayed subscription price, additional-user charges, applicable taxes, and other purchases you expressly approve. Advertising spend, payment-processing fees, and third-party subscriptions are separate.
3. Plan and user changes
Upgrades may take effect immediately and may result in a prorated charge or credit shown through the billing system. Downgrades generally take effect at the next renewal. If a downgrade reduces included users or features, you must adjust usage before it takes effect. Added seats may be billed for the remaining subscription period.
4. Promotional pricing
A promotion applies only for its stated period and eligibility. When it ends, the subscription renews at the then-disclosed regular price unless canceled. Checkout or the promotional offer will identify the promotional period and applicable regular price.
5. How to cancel
The account owner may cancel online from Kordela's account and billing controls. If those controls are unavailable, submit a billing and cancellation request. Cancellation stops future renewals and normally takes effect at the end of the current paid period. Keep the confirmation for your records.
6. Refunds
Except where law requires otherwise or a written offer states otherwise, subscription charges are nonrefundable once a paid billing period begins. If you believe a charge is incorrect, contact Support promptly. We will investigate billing errors and issue corrections or refunds when appropriate.
7. Failed payments
If a payment fails, we may retry the payment and notify the account owner. Access may be limited or suspended after reasonable notice if payment remains overdue. You remain responsible for charges incurred before cancellation or suspension.
8. Price changes
We may change future subscription prices by providing advance notice. A new price applies no earlier than the next renewal stated in the notice, subject to applicable law. You may cancel before the new price takes effect.
9. Questions
Choose “Billing, trial, or cancellation” in the Support Center. Include the account email and company name, but never send a full payment-card number.
